Who should participate in this survey study?
Only Solution Providers looking to grow sales and profitability within the small business marketplace should participate in this survey study. It is open to both Cisco and non-Cisco partners.
When I agree to participate in this survey study, what am I agreeing to do?
When you submit your Participation Form, you are agreeing to participate in and receive the Service Leadership Index™ Fundamentals Diagnostic Report©, as well as in three (3) short online surveys that will be conducted by Cisco over the next several months. You will also receive a series of business tools from Cisco in appreciation for your participation. In addition, the longer you participate, the more chances you have of winning a raffle for a free full-day on-site consulting engagement with Service Leadership on the topic of your choice (North American participants only).
Will my company information be shared?
No. Your financial data will not be made available or shared with any other entity and is strictly confidential. Only your Predominant Business Model© (PBM©), as determined by Service Leadership, will be provided to Cisco. Your PBM will be used by Cisco to cross-tabulate responses to the three (3) short online service feature/function surveys.
When agreeing to participate in this survey study, will my contact information or my company information be shared or sold?
No. Your contact and company information will at no point be revealed, shared or sold.
Why was my company invited to participate in this survey study?
Cisco, Service Leadership and/or one of several other industry leading sponsors with whom you do business, invited you to participate in this survey because they believed your company would: 1) be interested in increasing profitability within the small business customer marketplace, and 2) have useful guidance and insight to provide Cisco and Service Leadership.
What will I receive for my participation?
As long as you continue to participate throughout the survey study, you will receive high-valued best-practice resources and sales tools that can help you close business faster and increase your profitability. In addition, the longer you participate, the more chances you have of winning a raffle for a full-day on-site consulting engagement with Service Leadership on the topic of your choice (North American participants only).
