We begin with your participation in the Service Leadership Index™ Fundamentals Diagnostic Benchmark. Upon completion, you will receive at no-cost a confidential report which compares your financial performance to the Solution Provider Industry. This report will also identify your specific Predominant Business Model© (PBM), which enables you to select only the most appropriate best practices to build and expand your practice. Finally, your financial performance will be compared to the BIC of other Solution Providers with your specific PBM. This comparison will identify areas where you can improve performance and profitability.
Your financial data will not be made available or shared with any other entity and is strictly confidential. Only you and Service Leadership will be able to access your individual company results.
